To remove the account, kindly open the Windows setting by pressing Windows key + i. In the settings go to Accounts > Email & Accounts. In the right pane go to Account used by other apps section then highlight the account that you want to delete then click remove. The loop is basically: Login page where you fill in e-mail along with a box saying "an account was found you can use here" (translation might not be exact) With my own account I used to log in the previous loop. after which it asks for my password. If the password is correct it returns me to the first login page.
