State Route 325 (SR 325) is a north–south state highway in the southeastern corner of the U.S. state of Ohio. The southern terminus of SR 325 is at SR 141 about 6 miles (9.7 km) south of Rio Grande. Its northern terminus is at a T-intersection with SR 124 approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) west of the village of Rutland. [2]

It is 548 miles as the crow flies between Cairo and Pittsburgh, but 981 miles by water. Direct water travel over the length of the river is obstructed by the Falls of the Ohio just below Louisville, Kentucky. The Ohio River Scenic Byway follows the Ohio River through Illinois, Indiana and Ohio ending at Steubenville, Ohio, on the river.
At this point, most of the remainder of US 52 in Ohio is part of the Ohio River Scenic Byway. US 52 and US 27 then turn eastward along Mehring Way. Both routes run along the north bank of the Ohio River, serving two stadiums (the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ball Park). They also cross under the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge.
