Before you go to the UPS Access Point location, track your package to confirm package location and that it’s “Awaiting Customer Pickup”. When you track your package, you can also view the operating hours (weekend hours are available) and a map of where you will pick up your package.
You can confirm that UPS has received your pickup request by checking the UPS Pickup Request Status using the confirmation number on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page as the PRN.
When you create a pickup request, your Pickup Request Number, or PRN, will be displayed on the pickup request confirmation screen. If you do not record the PRN for your pickup request, or if you misplace it, you can find it using the Pickup Status tool in Shipping Manager.
