Built by Henry Gulick directly on the Columbia riverbank in the 1890s, it is the only remaining 19th century fishing homestead in Oregon. October 25, 1984 (4 N. E St. Lakeview: Lakeview's first commercial establishment opened on this site in 1876, and was destroyed by fire in 1900.
