Andrew Alexander Simone, CM (born May 12, 1938) is a Canadian physician, dermatologist and founder of Canadian Food for Children, a charity which collects funds and food for starving children around the world. He operates an Etobicoke (Toronto) based practice as one of the few walk-in dermatology clinics in the region.

Dean Faiello (born August 31, 1959) is an American criminal formerly imprisoned at Attica Correctional Facility for the April 2003 death of Maria Cruz, whom he had presented himself to as a dermatologist. Faiello held neither a medical degree nor a license to practice medicine.
