Game Theory in Raleigh. Hey gang! I just graduated from NCSU and I’m moving out to North Raleigh this month. I love games and gaming, so when I found out I was living ~5 minutes from Game Theory, I was excited to learn more. I generally play video games, but I’d love to get into the classics (DnD, Magic, etc) but I have no experience/cards.

Atomic Games in durham is the taj mahal of game stores. They serve beer, things are really coordinated and well run. Place is clean, staff are friendly and engaging. Most players are RTP professionals, and a lot of college age kids. Store is very large and like 50 tables to play at. I hated game theory, its so cramped.

Planning to be at Game Theory on Tuesday evening again with my Nisei set to play. All levels welcome (I’m still very much a beginner). I’m just trying to get a regular Raleigh night going. Feel free to connect with me on discord: fizzgig#6849
I was new to Game Theory as of this week. I was a devout Event Horizon patron until they closed down this week. The people at Game Theory have been great so far but Ive also dropped $300 in one week and it is a 30 minute drive for me. I'll go back.

Been hoping to re-build the Raleigh scene for a while. For anyone that wants to try to coordinate better, Tuesday is the normal board game night at Game Theory but we could try to coordinate another day or time if they have space. Just seeing this now but would also love to join at Game Theory.
Game Theory in Raleigh Atomic Empire in Durham They're the biggest stores in the Triangle and no they're not letting anyone play inside. You can probably find smaller stores within the surrounding areas stupidly allowing players to congregate though.
