The new Photo App in Windows 11 is inferior to Picture Manager and difficult to use. I have no idea why Picture Manager was removed. It offered features that are not included in the new Photos App. Please make Picture Manager available for Windows 11.

Since I am currently able to open this site and download the Windows 11 ISO file normally in my test machine, in order to further troubleshoot if there is some limitation on your device or a problem with your network, currently, I would like to suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps.

I downloaded newest driver from my motherboards site, installed it and nothing happened. I can not even see it in "Device Manager", under sound,video, and game controllers, to uninstall or update.
