Checked with CCleaner, Revo, ZZ Startup Manager, Built in Win10 tools. Copied the desktop shortcut to the proper Startup folder and nothing. It would show on Task Manager, doubled even since I had manually added the shortcut to the folder and "not measured" because "never started". This solved it 100%:

None of these have steam open up on my main display. I feel like this feature shouldn't be so difficult to use. Sort of feels like the window should open on the last screen that it was closed on. Instead, it feels more like the OS just throws it at whatever screen is its favorite on that particular day. Very counterintuitive and not user friendly.
However, I CANNOT make OneNote open on startup automatically. I want the app to open without my input when I startup. According to a few guides online, I need to put the .exe in the Windows Startup folder (in appdata>roaming>microsoft>windows>start menu>programs>startup).
I started my pc, and found out that my EarTrumpet app was turned off @ startup, so I went to Settings > Apps > Startup Apps. But surprisingly, Startup Apps option was not there.
