Shelice R. Tolbert is an American lawyer and a partner at Tolbert & Tolbert, an African American owned, Northwest Indiana, faith-based, law firm established in 2015. [1] She also served on the Indiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program Committee from 2011 to 2014 and the Indiana State Board of Law Examiners in 2014. [2]

Mack Swigert, was instrumental in helping Robert Taft, who had become a United States Senator, draft and pass the groundbreaking Taft–Hartley Act that regulated labor unions.
