NY 67 enjoys a wider route, enabling faster driving and more gentle curves, passing south of the village of Galway. In Ballston Spa, NY 67 meets NY 50, turning south and overlapping for about a mile. NY 67 then splits off to the east, heading toward the Adirondack Northway at Malta. In the Malta Area, NY 67 enters as Dunning Street.
The route begins at NY 9P's interchange with the Adirondack Northway at exit 14, continuing north to exit 15 and then west along NY 50, which is also cosigned as NY 29 Truck. Northway is a village and civil parish in Gloucestershire, England, 2 miles north-east of Tewkesbury, and is in effect a suburb of that town. The parish is bordered on the west side by the M5 motorway , on the east by the Birmingham to Bristol main railway line, on the south by the A46 road and on the north by the boundary with Worcestershire .
