But if the deep-red state nature of the CV will be an issue, then beware. There are a lot of race issues, gang issues, and lots and lots of drugs here. In a few places like Clovis North the schools are really good, and can field a State-Class debate team. In places like Coalinga, Parlier, etc. the schools can often be really, really bad.
