Brickworks (also known as Bukit Batok West Extension) is a subzone of Bukit Batok, Singapore. [2] It is bounded by Bukit Batok West Avenue 3/2/5 and Bukit Batok Road and is beside the upcoming New Town, Tengah. It is the latest development area in Bukit Batok.
Bukit Batok Planning Area is bordered by six other planning areas - Choa Chu Kang to the north and northwest, Bukit Panjang to the northeast and east, Clementi to the south, Bukit Timah to the southeast, Jurong East to the southwest and Tengah to the west. Bukit Batok New Town is located within Bukit Batok Planning Area.
The station complex will be situated next to Bukit Batok Road, before the junction with Bukit Batok West Avenue 3. It is located at the boundary between the Tengah and Bukit Batok planning area in the Brickworks Subzone, [8] opposite Dulwich College Singapore. Access to the station will be via 5 exits on each side of Bukit Batok Road. [9]
