Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is a casino and hotel in Bristol, Virginia that officially opened on November 14, 2024. Located at the former Bristol Mall , which operated from 1975–2017, the casino will utilize the existing facility and expand upon it with a hotel and outdoor amphitheater.
The current building opened in 1928 as the Chamberlin-Vanderbilt Hotel, [4] under the direction of Marcellus E. Wright Sr., with Warren and Wetmore consulting. [5] It replaced an earlier Chamberlin Hotel, designed by Washington, D.C., architects John L. Smithmeyer and Paul J. Pelz and completed in 1896, which had in turn replaced the Hygeia.

It was built about 1815, and is a two-story, Georgian style timber-frame dwelling covered with wood weatherboard. The house has a gable roof and has a one-story full-width porch.
Hotel Warwick is a historic hotel building located at Newport News, Virginia. It was built in 1928, and is a seven-story, brick building in an eclectic Gothic Revival / Art Deco style. It features terra cotta tile ornamentation and a continuous terra cotta and brick false parapet. A two-story addition was added to the rear of the building in 1962.
