As of the 2020 United States census , the borough's population was 4,454, [ 9 ] an increase of 228 (+5.4%) from the 2010 census count of 4,226, [ 18 ] [ 19 ] which in turn reflected an increase of 73 (+1.8%) from the 4,153 counted in the 2000 census .
