For melew builds try Unalloyed. It combines a few popular mods and is a much better overhaul imo than convergence. Convergence is more like a sandbox where you can just fuck around with insane spells. Unalloyed still has awesome spells and movesets and new weapons but is a lot more grounded and actually has game progression and challenge.
Next, download Seamless co-op, and put the "seamlesscoopsettings.ini" and "elden_ring_seamless_coop.dll" files into the "\ELDEN RING\Game\mods\" folder. Two ways. Launch the game through Mod Engine. Very simple. Never launch through Steam until your mods are uninstalled - if you’re unsure nuke the entire install and redownload. Simply go into your game options and change the default state of the game to launch offline. Save and quit, then install what you want.

Move all the content in the same folder with ME2 launcher to the game's directory, change ME2 launcher's name to start_protected_game.exe ( remember to backup the original one). I really like the combo of Elden Ring Reforged + clever moveset mods + rings of talent Reforged is, imo, the most "finished" and polished overhaul mod. It adds a handful of new weapons and spells, tons of really good combat and balancing changes, as well as some small level design changes.
