Michael Nesmith. Parent (s) Jesse McMurray. Christine Duval McMurray. Bette Nesmith Graham (March 23, 1924 – May 12, 1980) was an American typist, commercial artist, and the inventor of the correction fluid Liquid Paper. She was the mother of musician and producer Michael Nesmith of The Monkees.
A correction fluid is an opaque, usually white fluid applied to paper to mask errors in text. Once dried, it can be handwritten or handdrawn upon. It is typically packaged in small bottles, with lids attached to brushes (or triangular pieces of foam) that dip into the fluid. The brush applies the fluid to the paper.
Laminar flow ( / ˈlæmənər /) is the property of fluid particles in fluid dynamics to follow smooth paths in layers, with each layer moving smoothly past the adjacent layers with little or no mixing. [ 1] At low velocities, the fluid tends to flow without lateral mixing, and adjacent layers slide past one another smoothly.
Electrolyte imbalance. Diagram of ion concentrations and charge across a semi-permeable cellular membrane. Electrolyte imbalance, or water-electrolyte imbalance, is an abnormality in the concentration of electrolytes in the body. Electrolytes play a vital role in maintaining homeostasis in the body. They help to regulate heart and neurological ...
Mental health can affect oral health in a few ways, according to experts. Some antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications can have the side effect of dry mouth, which can increase the risk of ...
Bloss scuffled in a three-start debut run for Houston this season, but take those numbers with a whole pillar of salt. The 23-year-old right-hander was drafted out of Georgetown University last ...
The Closing Ceremony—which will take place IRL at the Stade de France—is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. EST on Sunday, August 11, so mark your calendars! Oh, and P.S: You can tune in and catch ...
Oseen equations. In fluid dynamics, the Oseen equations (or Oseen flow) describe the flow of a viscous and incompressible fluid at small Reynolds numbers, as formulated by Carl Wilhelm Oseen in 1910. Oseen flow is an improved description of these flows, as compared to Stokes flow, with the (partial) inclusion of convective acceleration.
