After cutting off Okuyasu's arm, Red Hot Chili Pepper drags the rest of his body into the cable. Okuyasu's father is a bizarre creature that can regenerate rapidly, rendering him immortal. He was mutated by a flesh bud made from Dio's cells after the latter's death at the hands of Jotaro.
