Reese is a village in Tuscola and Saginaw counties in the U.S. state of Michigan. Located almost entirely in Tuscola County's Denmark Township , the village includes only a tiny portion of Blumfield Township in Saginaw County.
Willow Run Transmission (also called Ypsilanti Transmission Operations, YTO) was a General Motors factory in Ypsilanti Township, Michigan. [1] Acquired by GM in 1953, it produced Hydramatic and other automatic transmissions for use in vehicles built by General Motors and other automakers.
The car featured a 161 cu in (2.6 L) straight six-cylinder engine. It was designed by stylist Howard "Dutch" Darrin, who also did the 1947 and 1948 Kaiser and Frazer as well as the 1951 Kaiser automobiles. [7] The vehicle went into production during January 1954. It was sold as the Kaiser Darrin. [8] Production of the Allstate ended in 1953.
It would be combined with Keyser proper in 1913, when the state granted a charter to the City of Keyser.
