PTH 110 is one of the four three-digit urban expressway routes in the Manitoba provincial highway network. It is a two-lane highway that connects the Trans-Canada Highway to PTH 10 south of Brandon. It allows traffic going through Brandon to bypass the city, and provides easier access to the industrial areas located on the east side of the city.
PR 457, along with PR 340, serves as the main connector route between Brandon and CFB Shilo. Because of this, and that it travels at a lower elevation than the Trans-Canada Highway, the road is known locally as the "Low Road to Shilo". PR 457 is a paved road for its entire length. The speed limit along this road is 90 kilometres per hour (56 mph).

The route begins at PR 250 and terminates at PTH 10 south of Brandon. PR 349 meets southbound PR 348 approximately 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) west of its eastbound terminus. PR 349 is a straight gravel road for its entire length.
Provincial Road 459 is an east-west route and runs from the Trans-Canada Highway near the Grand Valley Provincial Campground to its terminus at PTH 10 (18th Street North) in Brandon. PR 459 serves as a feeder route for communities located on the north end of Brandon from the Trans-Canada Highway as well as to the Brandon Experimental Station.
