Cummings Pond is a natural lake and had no dam in the early 1900s. It has a regular, oval shape. The lake's maximum width is 1,350 feet (410 m) and its maximum length is 2,000 feet (610 m). It has a surface area of 43.8 acres (17.7 ha) and a volume of 46 million gallons.
