Guys I know it’s late, you guys have this problem in 2019 I am facing this problem in November 2020. I send my passport to VFS on November 13 th it reached there on November 18th , I received the email with AWB number and tracking ID but both number showing “no record found” I opt for sms as well but didn’t get any sms since it’s delivered to VFS.
VFS CVAC is supposed to provide you with both tracking ID and Bluedart AWB number in their acknowledgement receipt. If you haven't got that, contact the VFS by email or phone. My experience interacting with VFS via both channels have been satisfactory. 2.

Hi guys to track your vfs application you need to enable cookies and cant go to the site directly for tracking...you have to start from the vfs page and then open tracking page....selecting your country as india.. otherwise it shiws result from a different country where you did not submit application and thus shows no record ...

Guys vfs global has bluedart as their courier partner .. those who are not getting results after inserting their tracking number is because you guys are searching through waybill no. .. There is another option (ref no.) just beside waybill where you put the tracking number. Select ref no and you shall get the tracking info.
