EOIR Courts & Appeals System (ECAS) - Online Filing. Through a phased enrollment, Respondent Access Portal will allow unrepresented individuals who have cases before EOIR to view their case information, keep informed about hearing schedules, download electronic Records of Proceedings, and file case-related documents.
