I also have really sensitive dry (but oily) skin with closed comedones. Just trying to get hydration back and nothing seems to help. Have been using Vanicream for several months as my moisture after a La Roche- Posay cleanser and my skin is left feeling dry and kind of red. Also currently searching for the right moisturizer!
The Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer turned out to be bad for my skin because of its contents so I had to look for alternatives and even look into a new sunscreen (I had just started using La Roche Posay Anthelios Dry Touch SPF 60). The facial moisturizer has squalane and ceramides essentially everything else is the same. If you have fungal acne or seb derm I recommend the tub as ceramides can aggravate and feed maleezia. Reply reply
