One last reunion took place in the 1980s which lasted a couple of years and produced an album called Naturally in 1982.     I can assure you there are lyrics. The credit for the tune is "Julius and Cissy Wechter". Cissy was (is) a marvelous lyricist, but not a musician. If one of her husband's compositions carries her name too, it did have lyrics. Good luck in your search - I, a lifelong Ventures fan, would love to see they lyrics, too!
