After being tired of how pandering children's music is, Stewie and Brian start their own band, singing children's songs with an adult edge, but Stewie's old flame and acting school partner, Olivia, shows up and tries to sabotage him. Things get ugly as Doug viciously attacks Stewie, whose counterattacks are repeatedly drowned out by global events, and surges in the polls even after defecating during their debate. Stewie and Brian look for dirt on Doug where they discover that he still uses a binky, but Doug counters this by suggesting that Stewie is an accident.
Irate, Stewie wishes he never existed. The next day, Stewie reveals to Brian that he has built a new time machine and uses it to stop his conception. Going back three years into the past, he observes the events prior to his conception, like Peter having his own public access show and Lois improvising some lyrics in the theme song in Stewie's place.
Stewie is confronted by bullies, who steal his candy, causing the two to attempt to take the candy back. Meanwhile, neighbors Peter and Joe decide to play several pranks on their other neighbor, Glenn Quagmire , causing him to want to seek revenge on his friends while Meg and Chris attend a teenage halloween party at Connie D'Amico's house.
