Ice hockey is a popular sport in the state of Wisconsin. The 2024–25 ECAC Hockey men's season is the 64th season of play for ECAC Hockey and will take place during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season. The season began on October 4, 2024, and will conclude on March 21, 2025.
The ECAC also held combined Division II/III regional end-of- season tournaments from 1973 to 1980 and a single Division II-only tournament after the regular season from 1988 to 2006 and in 2007, 2008, and 2014.
