Subject: School Drop off/pick up and other events. My kid has been in private for a while. For the K-8 I'd say 1/2 dress up for pick up, drop off. The rest are in workout or casual clothes. In HS most people dress up (ie not athletic wear) for activities after school-meetings, socials, back to school night, etc.
I would just explain fully. Something like this: The venue has limited space so unfortunately no siblings can be accommodated. If it makes things easier for you, please feel free to drop off since the party will be well supervised. Nothing wrong IMO to just being honest.
