The Gulf, Mobile and Ohio Passenger Terminal is a historic train station in Mobile, Alabama, United States. Architect P. Thornton Marye designed the Mission Revival style terminal for the Mobile and Ohio Railroad. It was completed in 1907 at a total cost of $575,000.

Under the provisions of these special acts, the carrier was authorized to locate and construct a railroad from Mobile, Ala., northwardly to the mouth of the Ohio River, with branch lines not to exceed 30 miles in length on either side of the main line. The organization of the carrier was perfected on June 7, 1848.
The main line extends southerly from Fayette to Buhl, a distance of 31.888 miles. The company also owns 9.163 miles of yard tracks and sidings. Its road thus embraces 41.051 miles of all tracks owned and used. The carrier has joint use of station facilities at Buhl, Ala., owned by the Mobile and Ohio Railroad Company. CORPORATE HISTORY
