Wallingford Hall is a historic house at 21 York Street (United States Route 1) in Kennebunk, Maine.Built in 1805–06, it is an unusually grand expression of Federal architecture in the town, built by the regionally architect and builder Thomas Eaton, and one of the oldest surviving examples in the state of a connected farmstead.

The Samuel Parsons House is located in a residential area south of downtown Wallingford, on the east side of South Main Street. It is a 2 + 1 ⁄ 2-story wood-frame structure, with a gambrel roof, end chimneys, and a clapboarded exterior. The first floor facade is five bays wide, with sash windows arranged symmetrically around the center entrance.
While structurally sound, the three-level house needed a serious overhaul to be functional. It’s presumably 100 to 200 years old and was likely renovated once around the 1960s or ’70s.
