SPARC (Scalable Processor ARChitecture) is a reduced instruction set computer (RISC) instruction set architecture originally developed by Sun Microsystems. [1] [2] Its design was strongly influenced by the experimental Berkeley RISC system developed in the early 1980s.
The processor uses the same SPARC S3 core design as its predecessor, the SPARC T4 processor, but is implemented in a 28 nm process and runs at 3.6 GHz. [5] The S3 core is a dual-issue core that uses dynamic threading and out-of-order execution , [ 6 ] incorporates one floating point unit , one dedicated cryptographic unit per core.
In computing, Application Integration Architecture (AIA) is an integration framework produced by Oracle Corporation. Standards-based, AIA has pre-built common object definitions and services. Oracle AIA is built on Oracle Fusion Middleware's SOA and Business Process-Management (BPM) products.
On March 26, 2013, Oracle announced refreshed SPARC servers based on the new SPARC T5 microprocessor, which the company claims is "the world's fastest". [12] [13] [14] In the T5 range of servers, the single socket rackmount server design was deprecated, while a new eight-socket rackmount server was introduced.
The platform supports: the design and construction of software systems; modeling business processes; and modeling industry based domains. It is used by businesses and organizations to not only model the architecture of their systems, but to process the implementation of these models across the full application development life-cycle.
Service Component Architecture (SCA) is a software technology designed to provide a model for applications that follow service-oriented architecture principles. [1] The technology, created by major software vendors, including IBM, Oracle Corporation and TIBCO Software, encompasses a wide range of technologies and as such is specified in independent specifications to maintain programming ...
The design philosophy behind Oracle Designer and competing tools in the 1980s and 1990s was the Three-schema-architecture that separated an external schema, logical schema and internal schema. For Oracle's product line, the internal schema corresponded to the inner workings of their relational database, the logical schema corresponded to SQL ...
Oracle Fusion Architecture provides an open architecture ecosystem, which is service- and event-enabled. [1] Many enterprises use this open, pluggable architecture ecosystem to write Oracle Fusion Applications, or even third-party applications on top of Oracle Fusion Middleware. [2] Oracle Fusion Architecture is based on the following core ...
