Toccoa is a city in far Northeast Georgia near the border with South Carolina.It is the county seat of Stephens County, Georgia, United States, [6] [7] located about 50 miles (80 km) from Athens and about 90 miles (140 km) northeast of Atlanta.
The street address is 47 North Alexander Street, in the heart of downtown Toccoa. The original structure was built in 1915. In 2005, the city of Toccoa began the restoration of the wood-frame depot according to a design by Carter Watkins Architects, Inc., of Monroe, Georgia .

Stephens County Courthouse is a building in Toccoa, the county seat of Stephens County, Georgia, United States. It is the location of the county's trial courtrooms as well as that of other county government offices. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. [1]
The Amtrak station is located at 47 North Alexander Street. The rail line is shared with the Norfolk Southern Railway. Toccoa was formerly a stop on the Airline Belle, which was a Southern Railway regional train between 1879 and 1931. Toccoa Airport is a small executive airport northeast of the town.
Farther to the northeast, in Toccoa, they intersect SR 63/SR 106 (South Broad Street). At this intersection, SR 184 heads north on Broad Street, while US 123/SR 365 continues on to the eastern part of the town, where it intersects with SR 17 Alternate (Big A Road). This highway provides access to Toccoa Falls and is an alternate route to Lavonia.
