Druid Hills was Atlanta's second major suburb, after Inman Park, and as one of Olmsted's major works, had a significant influence on future suburban development. [9] In 1927, Westview (also known as West View) was incorporated as a village from the southeastern portion of Olmsted Township. [10] In 1971, Olmsted Falls and Westview merged under the name Olmsted Falls. [11]
The Olmsted–Beil House is a large farm and modest Dutch farmhouse at 4515 Hylan Boulevard (near Woods of Arden Road) in the South Shore of Staten Island, New York City. The house was purchased by Frederick Law Olmsted 's father and given to Olmsted in 1848 to grow crops, plant trees and clear for pasture for livestock.
Springdale Farms was founded in 1949 when Alan Ebert purchased the land. At the time, three quarters of Cherry Hill was farmland. Alan's widow, Mary, along with her children, took over operations of the 100-acre (40 ha) farm after his death. A fire in 1988 destroyed the farm's 3,800 square feet (350 m 2) retail building. [4]

The Kampong is open by advance reservation to visitors Tuesday through Friday and is a 9 acres (3.6 ha) botanical garden in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It is one of the five gardens of the non-profit National Tropical Botanical Garden (NTBG). An admission fee is charged.
