    I disagree. If the articles are merged, the redirect from mineral spirits would point people to white spirits, and the article says that the US and Canada are the only places that use "mineral spirits." Furthermore, the grade of white spirits is determined by the oil from which they are derived, so indeed white spirits also come from oil.
