Charles Robert George Innes-Ker, 11th Duke of Roxburghe (born 18 February 1981), also known as Charles Innes or Charlie Roxburghe and styled as the Marquess of Bowmont and Cessford until 2019, is a British aristocrat and military officer.

Innes-Ker was the only surviving child of the 5th Duke of Roxburghe and the former Harriet Charlewood (c. 1778 –1855). Before his parents' marriage in 1807, his father was widowed from his marriage to Mary Wray, eldest daughter of Sir John Wray, 12th Baronet.
He was born on 5 September 1839 to James Henry Robert Innes-Ker, 6th Duke of Roxburghe and Susanna Dalbiac, Duchess of Roxburghe, only child of Sir Charles Dalbiac. His mother was one of Queen Victoria's staff until she died in 1895. [1] His elder sister was Lady Susan Harriet Innes-Ker, who married Sir James Suttie, 6th Baronet.
He was the eldest surviving son of Sir Henry Innes, 5th Baronet (c. 1711 –1762), and Anne Drummonda Grant (1711–1771).His grandfathers were Sir Harry Innes, 4th Baronet, who represented the Parliament of Scotland constituency of Elginshire from 1704 to 1707, and Sir James Grant, 6th Baronet, a Member of Parliament for Inverness-shire and Elgin Burghs.
Upon marriage, she became styled as Her Grace The Duchess of Roxburghe. During her first marriage, the Roxburghe's resided at the Duke's ancestral family seat Floors Castle near Kelso in the Scottish Borders. Prince Andrew is godfather of her younger son Lord Edward and she in turn is godmother of Princess Beatrice.
The ruins of Roxburgh Castle stand in the grounds of Floors Castle, the seat of the Duke of Roxburghe.
