Since the "minimal setup web.exe" wasn't working with the netwrok error, but it wasn't saying also that I have compitability errors with the drivers, I assumed it's just a network error, so I uninstalled the radeon adrenalin ediition old version, updated chipset drivers, bios, and than installed the new 23.4.3 version I downloaded from the amd ...
Ok so I was normally developing my game and suddenly my pc hanged and I couldn't do anything. I restarted the system using the button on my computer's front panel. After it restarted the resolution was in 1024 x 768, I changed it to the default one and then opened blender to do some modelling and th...
I have try opening it through my windows search and through my mouse and it will load for about 5 seconds and stop. I have done a clean install of AMD software using DDU and redownloading all the correct software for my system. Currently it is on Adrenaline 23.11.1 and as of this post I can still not acess my control board settings.
Possibly but I also had Ryzen Master installed on my PC and the latest AMD CHIPSET installed without issue. In my opinion, most likely it was the SMS Bus Driver that you uninstalled. But glad you were finally able to install the latest AMD CHIPSET which suppose to fix the Windows 11 flaw for all AMD processors.
I'm so sick of it I stopped sending them in after a dozen or so. These are the 21.61 - 6/21/2021 drivers. After they were crash city I went down to the WHQL 21.5.2 drivers and it's still the exact same thing - my card is an RX470 8GB btw. Anyway, I had zero problems with the older drivers before these but AMDs driver page only shows the latest ...
But this issue came from HDMI cable. I change my HDMI cable with another one and the Adrenalin 21.10.2 Recommended (WHQL) installation completed with no issues. I guess with the old HDMI the drivers completed the installation as well and all was fine but for some reason that i don't understand HDMI cable wasn't able to send signal to my screen.

the C:/AMD folder just deletes itself when the screen goes black and I restart my PC. Here’s an algorithm for it: (just incase) 1: Screen goes black (PC still on) 2: Restart PC. 3: Drivers are uninstalled (the C:/AMD folder is 2 MB) 4: Reinstall drivers with Factory Reset option. 5: Run atikmdag patcher. Did this atleast 20 times today.
But, if I close the installer, then update the display adapter in the device manager with the path that the Radeon extractor saved the drivers, then turn the machine off and put the 6800 xt back in, then once started do the same with the newet WHQL drivers and then do to device manager and updated the 6800 xt to the newest driver, I am able to ...
Turns out it was the PCI-e slot my GPU was plugged into. I swapped it from my top PCI-e Gen3 slot to my bottom PCI-e Gen2 slot and the issues are GONE. However, there is a small noticeable decline in performance due to it being a previous gen so this is not ideal.
