HSBC says, "HSBC Bank USA, headquartered in Buffalo, NY,"This article says, "head office in New York City." This article says "the official headquarters are in Wilmington, Delaware." The HSBC site says that the headquarters are in Prospect Hills, Il. I think the confusion stems from the fact that HSBC USA uses different names in different states.
