Apple used to offer excellent customer service, much like Amazon and T-Mobile. People made a point of saying how good they were. Now all three have declined in customer service. Apple is the most noticeable to me. The quality of the retail staff has also sharply declined in terms of their politeness and knowledge.

I have never had an issue with a senior support person until tonight. Her attitude was horrible. I wish to complain via email. How is that done? Apple obviously doesn't want people sending emails.
