Boykin is a census-designated place and unincorporated community in Kershaw County, South Carolina, United States. Its population was 100 as of the 2010 census. [2] Boykin is located on South Carolina Highway 261, 9 miles (14 km) south of Camden. It is named for John Boykin, an early resident. [4]
