In the 69 Chevy Truck Chassis Service Manual, Frame Section Chapter 2, has all the dimensions for series 10 thru 60. I think I bought it from Classic Parts of America, and they have them for all 6 years classes. $25.00.
1967-1972 Frame / Body Mount Dimensions. I have seen a few other threads, but haven't found a solid answer. Apologies if I am missing it. I have the service and overhaul manuals for '68 and they have dimensions, just not the ones I need.
The frame major dimensions are in the 68 chassis service manual pages 2-3 (133) & 2-7 (136). The applicable model number you will use is CA107. If you don't have the manuals download a working copy here.
