I have AutoCad 2013, standalone with a permanent license running just fine under Windows 7 64-bit. With the Windows 7 end-of-life looming, I'll need to do something before 2020. Before I attempt to go to Windows 10, I'll play it safe and buy a couple of years with Windows 8.1.
My company recently upgraded to Windows 7 and 10. I cannot get AutoCAD 2000 to install on the Windows 10 machine. Is there any easy solution for this problem that isn't going to cost our company a lot of money for an upgrade?
AutoCAD 2016 SP1 version, AutoCAD 2017 and AutoCAD 2018 are fully supported under Windows 10, however I have AutoCAD 2014 and 2015 running as well but there are not officially supported by Autodesk under this operating system.

Well, I tried to install AutoCAD on Windows 10 but I faced a problem that the AutoCAD can't detect the dot net framework 4.5 on my computer , and when I try to fix that and download it from Microsoft, it says that .NET Framework is already part of the system. So, if U face this, don't give up.
Hi @habeason. I am happy that this has been working for you up to now but changed in the Operating System Architecture as well as dependence on C++ and .NET Framework, means that you are putting your productivity at risk as evidenced by this recent incident.
