The talk page associated with a page in another namespace is named by adding "talk" after the namespace label; for example, the talk page for Wikipedia:About is called Wikipedia talk:About. When viewing an article (or any other non-talk page) on the Wikipedia, a link to the corresponding talk page appears on the "Talk" tab at the top of the page.
On the centralized talk page, list all of the archived talk pages. {{Archive banner}} is useful for this. Redirect each talk page to the desired talk page; see Wikipedia:Redirect. It is recommended that an editnotice be created for the redirected talk pages; see Wikipedia:Editnotice. {{Editnotice central redirected}} is useful for this.

The name of the page should be the title of the book with appropriate capitalization. For some titles, it may be necessary to add a parenthetical statement to disambiguate the title. For example, if you’re creating the page for the book Nelson Mandela, the name of the Wikipedia page should be Nelson Mandela (book).
The word "desinence" is defined in the Wictionary as a technical term from linguistics. The word "suffix" is the standard word used in United States of America in teaching school children. The Wikipedia page "Desinence" is in fact a redirect page to the Wikipedia article "Suffix".
People are emailing HelpDesk-l because they don't understand the message that comes up when they're the first to edit a talk page: "Wikipedia does not have a Talk page called foo. Please search for foo in Wikipedia before creating the page, to check for alternate spellings. To start the page, type in the box below."
