Ohio's 9th congressional district has been represented by Representative Marcy Kaptur since 1983.. This district is located in the northwestern part of the state, bordering Michigan, Indiana, and Ontario, Canada (via Lake Erie), and includes all of Defiance, Williams, Fulton, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, and Erie counties, and a portion of northern Wood County.

Holborn Town Hall, built in 1894, still exists, on High Holborn, and still has the coat of arms in the façade. [2] The entrance gate piers to the church of St Giles-in-the-Fields commemorate the Borough when it was amalgamated in 1965, and bear an inscription to this effect, although the arch that bore the borough's arms has since been removed.

The district was abolished in 1900, when the County of London was divided into twenty-eight metropolitan boroughs. A new Metropolitan Borough of Holborn was created by the merger of Holborn District (less Glasshouse Yard and St Sepulchre) with the neighbouring St Giles District along with two of the Inns of Court: Lincoln's Inn and Staple Inn. Celebrezze Federal Building, in Cleveland, Ohio.District 9 is responsible for all Coast Guard operations on the five Great Lakes, the Saint Lawrence Seaway, and surrounding states accumulating 6,700 miles of shoreline and 1,500 miles of international shoreline with Canada.
