Jasiel Amon Robinson (born September 20, 1980), [1] better known by his stage name Yung Joc, is an American rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. He is best known for his 2006 single " It's Goin' Down ", which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 .
After a lengthy absence, Mister Robinson's neighborhood becomes gentrified, as the other African-American inhabitants accepted payments to move to Atlanta. Mister Robinson teaches the viewers about squatters' rights which helped him keep his apartment, and describes it as "finder's keepers for other people's houses."
