The following is a list of Pennsylvania state high school football championships sanctioned by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) since 1988. [1] This list is organized by the six classes the schools are organized by: Class A (1A), Class AA (2A), Class AAA (3A), Class AAAA (4A), Class AAAAA (5A) and Class AAAAAA (6A).
The school is a single academy trust school. [1] Hatch End High School forms part of the Harrow collegiate Sixth Form. There are over 300 students in the Sixth Form. [1] The school and Headteacher also play a role in the Harrow Alternative Provision Academy Trust (The Jubilee Academy) and Harrow Academies Trust. [1]
Each district is divided into numerous leagues and conferences. Up until the end of the 2015-16 school year, there were only four classifications, ranging from Class A to Class AAAA. At the beginning of the 2016-17 school year, an update took place and the PIAA added two additional classifications, making six total.
