Signed treaties enter into force only if ratified by at least two-thirds (67 members) of the United States Senate.

Case-Zablocki Act requirements were modified by Pub. L. 108–458 (text), 118 Stat. 3638, enacted December 17, 2004, which also mandated publishing on the Internet.
