George Reeves (born George Keefer Brewer; January 5, 1914 – June 16, 1959) was an American actor.He is best known for portraying Clark Kent/Superman in the television series Adventures of Superman (1952–1958).
Bud Collyer voiced the ‘’Superman’’ radio drama and the first series of Superman cartoons from 1941–1942. He went on to enjoy a career in TV, hosting the game show To Tell the Truth. He returned to Superman by voicing The New Adventures of Superman for CBS in 1966. He died in 1969 of circulatory ailment at the age of 61.
