My experience with Canada Post; Canada post employees successfully enter the building and leave a delivery notice instead of leaving the package in the mailroom, at reception or any of the locker options. I don't leave my apartment. I'm always home. They never call, never come by or make any attempt to make the delivery.
I've ordered a couple things from Japan and tracking on them pretty much doesn't work with Canada post even though they're the courier that delivers them. Not sure if this is useful to mention but tracking number format is RMXXXXXXXXXJP and I've tried tracking through multiple other unofficial websites too and still no luck.
Thanx SideBOARDs! lol Methinx that has happened to me a few times, like today (about 10 hours ago) my item sez it has SHIPPED via Canada Post but no tracking available yet. IIRC, I read a while ago it takes about 24 hrs for tracking to start via Canada Post.
Update I received my package, however the tracking still says waiting lol. Basically if this happens to anyone, ask Canada Post if they issue a new tracking number for within Canada. Essentially what happened was that they must not have connected the Original tracking number to the new one, so that is why the Canada Post tracking wasn't updating.
But the tracking number can’t be found by Canada post… I contacted the seller who insists the item was shipped. I trust them as I know the sellers personally and have been using them for years with no issues. Canada post claims the item hasn’t reached the post office…. What’s going on here…
When I typed the tracking number into Canada Post, it came up with 'Multiple PIN'. I just spent one hour and 48 minutes on the phone with Canada Post and got a firm answer and solution! Multiple PIN (Package Identification Number) means that the exact same tracking number had been previously used for a different parcel, and had not been deleted ...
It’s going from Canada to the US and USPS is ultimately delivering it. Therefore, a USPS tracking number was generated so it can be tracked within the US. There is no Canada post tracking number. USPS always provides a tracking number if they are handling a package; you don’t have to pay extra for it. But other people answered my question.
Download the Canada Post app, add the tracking number, save it & make sure notifications are enabled. The app will NOT show you tracking info but it WILL send you a notification with the information as it comes in. Mine is delivering tomorrow & just arrived to sort tonight, sent me a notification saying it has arrived but still shows ...
Hi yall, I have a parcel coming in from Wellesley, Ontario to Brampton. It says the following on the Canada post tracking page with an estimated delivery date of Monday, March 16th. How accurate is the estimated delivery date? Would it not just deliver the next day if it's already in Mississauga (coming to Brampton) and has been processed?
