WYYY (94.5 FM "Y94") is a commercial radio station licensed to Syracuse and serving Central New York.It broadcasts an adult contemporary radio format, switching to all Christmas music for much of November and December.
In 1994, 30 different songs topped the chart, then published under the title Hot Country Singles & Tracks, in 52 issues of the magazine, based on weekly airplay data from country music radio stations compiled by Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems. [1] Two artists reached number one with three different songs in 1994.
Starting in October 1998, a "Song of the week" was made available for download. This feature ended sometime in August 1999. The series consisted of 26 tracks in mp3 format, each at a bit rate of 128kbs, except for track 10, which has a bitrate of 160kbs.

On January 1, 1983, the station changed to a Top 40 format, and broadcast commercial-free for the first several months. It was owned by Forum Communications , along with WDAY and WDAY-TV . For a period in the early 1990s, the station adopted a hot adult contemporary format and was renamed "Mix 93.7" in February 1993.
