Most movies are presented in Mandarin Chinese subtitles along with English subtitles for non-English language films, though options for English subtitles-only films are also offered. [1]
Golden Village's first cineplex opened in Singapore on 28 May 1992, with the opening of the Yishun 10 complex. Subsequently, it opened more cinemas in Bishan, Tiong Bahru, Boon Lay, Tampines, Marina Square, and Plaza Singapura. It was the first air-conditioned cinema building in Singapore, opening on 3 October 1939 with the film The Four Feathers.
