    Yellow swamp deer fat is not. Fresh beef or pork fat is hard to get this time of year because everyone is trying to get it. You can get bacon ends or "seasoning bacon" at a decent store. Probably not at walmarks. It is mostly the ends cut from slab market bacon. Just about all fat with a very little lean in it. Use 25%.
